rivers can vary greatly in size and strength, the average atmospheric river carries an amount of water vapor roughly equivalent to the average flow of water at the mouth of the Mississippi River.”</p><h2 class="mb-4 text-xl font-bold md:text-2xl">The Washington rivers with record high levels</h2><p class="mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words">According to the National Water Prediction Service, these rivers broke level records due to the torrential rain.</p><p class="mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words">• <a class="link " href="https://water.noaa.gov/gauges/mvew1"
